Wow, what a place! First we took the tramway across. On the far side of the Gorge are two “rides”. The Skycoaster pictures alphabetized first, though that was actually done second. Dave didn’t want to do that. It was exhilarating even though I was nervous at first. It was the unknown of the release that made me nervous, not the actual swinging. You are tightly strapped in, and I kept my back brace on underneath the harness (pic #23). With everything so tightly wrapped, there were no jerks, so it didn’t bother my back at all. I can’t do roller coasters anymore because of all the sideways jerks, but neither of “rides” were a problem for my back. Again, Dave took pictures with my camera and many of his are better than the ones we bought (pics #137-158), which also included a movie (#159).

Dave was game to go on the zip line (which surprised me) but was a little over the weight limit. I appreciated that he was willing even though he couldn’t. I would love to “zip” again, if we could find a place with a higher weight limit. The purchased zip pics are #160-175, the movie #176, and a generic GoPro clip #177.

As for the view, what more can I say? The pictures just don’t do it justice like seeing the Gorge in person. If you ever get a chance, you’ve got to go. You “get it” without doing the extra thrill rides. The tram and walking over the bridge are both included in the park admission. BTW, the food in the “cafe” was reasonably priced.
