In the hospitality room after registering for the reunion, we met a couple (Gene & Cindy) who live near us in Los Angeles County, and we struck up a conversation. Our plans for the rest of the day were open ended and they were planning on going to the Zoo. We decided to go as well. This is the same zoo that had the baby giraffe born in April. Dave did a great job of using my camera to get pics of me (Kathryn) feeding the giraffes. He’s more used to using his smaller camera vs my fancier one. Later, the 4 of us went to Old Chicago for dinner.
