Her info on the census included Irving (sic), Nancy 64 b.KY $200-$50 can't read or write. (her brother Aaron living with her.)

In the name of the Benevolent Father of all, I Nancy Ann Irwin of Franklin County and State of Indiana do by these present bequeathe to my beloved son Andrew Jackson Irwin all my interest in and to the lands belonging to the heirs of the said James Irwin deceased my interest being the one third of the following desceibed real estate in the aforesaid county and state to wit: (see description in husband's deed record)...all that part of the lands belonging to said James Irwin of which I am entitled to one third dower, also one feather bed, bed stead, and bedding pillows & c. also 1 clock 1 be___? t table 1 set chairs 1 cupboard all the cooking utensils 1 cupboard and all the cupboard ware also one ___ to have and to hold the same signed and sealed this the 19th day of December 1868 in the presence of James Murphy and William Weir and they in my presence. Signed by Nancy Ann Irwin.
