John Jarvis, late of Noble Co, dec'd in his lifetime by deed conveyed land to his minor children issue of his late marriage with Mary Jarvis who is his present widow, said children being - James W Jarvis, Joseph A Jarvis, and Miriam Jarvis. Land deeded was 77 acres W 1/2 SE 1/2 and 60 acres S end E 1/2 SW 1/2 Section 21, Township 8, Range 7. That James W and Joseph A Jarvis died in about April of 1856 leaving no heirs and that their 2/3 interest is to be inherited by all the children and grandchildren of John Jarvis, dec'd.
