(Witness) Census18201820 Margaret George is assumed to be one of the household of Samuel Underwood in the 1820 census, Tyler Co., West Virginia, who has "Underwood, Samuel Jr" 1m16-26 (Samuel) 1f16-26 (Margaret) - keep in mind that Jr does not necessarily mean son of another Samuel, only that there is another in the area.. 
(Witness) Census18301830 Margaret George is assumed to be one of the household of Samuel Underwood in the 1830 census, pg 184, no twnshp listed, Tyler Co., West Virginia, who has Underwood, Samuel Jr 2m0-5 (Daniel & John) 3m5-10 (Jonathan, Isaac & Solomon) 1f0-5 (Amy) - very faint, doesn't look like either parent has a tickmark but they should be 1m30-40 (Samuel) and 1f30-40 (Margaret).

(InHomeOf) Census18601860 Margaret George appeared on the 1860 census in the household of Samuel Underwood, pg 146 #1004-1004, Shirley, Tyler Co., West Virginia. Her info on the census included - Underwood, Margaret 56 b.VA. 
Census1870*1870 Margaret George appeared on the 1870 census as the head of household, pg 26 #173-173, McElroy Twnshp, Tyler Co., West Virginia. Her info on the census included Underwood, Margaret 65 b.VA $0-$300 living by herself, but son Hiram is next door. 
Will*4 June 1871 She left a will on 4 June 1871 at Tyler Co., West Virginia; will bk 3 pg 116 heirs: son Daniel's heir Mary Underwood, son Jonathan's heirs. Son Isaac is executor. William Kinney "to cause a common tombstone & railing to be put around her and husband Samuel's graves." 
Death*1 October 1871 She died on 1 October 1871 at Tyler Co., West Virginia, at age 68. 
Burial She was buried at Rt 23 near Shirley, Tyler Co., West Virginia, I found the tombstone record of Margaret (George) Underwood d 10-1-1871. She's wife of Samuel Underwood d 6-18-1863 at age 58 y. 9 das. I think the stone is so worn that the real age at death isn't right, but Margaret is described as his wife. The cemetery is on Rt. 23 near Shirley, W.V. There are two Underwood and an Ash Cemetery near Shirley.1 
Probate*7 October 1871 Her estate was probated on 7 October 1871 at Tyler Co., West Virginia.
