(Grantor) Deed30 May 1816 Sarah was one of the grantors on 30 May 1816 at Frederick Co., Virginia: James, Sarah, Stephen and Thomas Kile sell lands on the drains of Back Creek to Moses Newbank. (This is land from their father's estate) Book 39, pg 237 (SLC 31388)
This indenture the thirtieth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixteen between Francis Kile, Sarah Kile, and Stephen Kile & Thomas Kile of the one part and Moses Newbank of the other part, all of the county of Frederick and Commonwealth of Virginia. Whereas James Kile desc late of said county did by his last will and testament duly proved an recorded in the said county court of Frederick, will and devise to his several children a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county of Frederick and adjoining the lands of George Smith, Christian Schrach and others & being the same whereon the said Moses Newbanks how lives, together with another small tract near the same and adjoining said George Smith and Sampson SMith [___] and containing about fourteen acres more or less all of which said James Kile is seized. Now this indenture witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of five hundred twenty six dollars to the said [the siblings named again] ... more legal stuff. Recorded 6 Jan 1817.

Death*2 May 1863 Sarah Kile died on 2 May 1863 at Piatt Co., Illinois.1
