James Kiles put up an appearance bond on 1 Apr 1815 Same volume has slightly different version in 1816 - Rebecca McKinsey, single, AKA Rebecca Hayes says she dilvered bastard male child 1 Oct 1813 at home of the widow Sinclare. James Kile posted appearance bond on 6 Oct 1815 for Abraham Kiles. Vol 10 10 Feb 1816 county court - Abraham Kile was found guilty and imprisoned. Abraham petitioned the court as an insolvent debtor, no resourses, only the clothes he was wearing, was released on 2 Mar 1816.1 |
