Religion*1813 He and George Lewis Coffinberry : 1813 St John's Lutheran Church, Martinsville, Berkeley Co., West Virginia, There are 3 "George Coffenberger" names listed, as well as William, and Susannah. Since the immigrant died in Feb 1813, the only way one could be him is if the list was made in Jan. Another could be George Jr's son since he is 18. Or it could be the son of William who's father is unknown at this time.2

Biography* George Lewis Coffinberry II had a biography: "In Graham's History of Richland County, he is mentioned twice. When a small boy a lawyer by the name of Winn Winship, came to board with his folks. This lawyer was quite a daper gentleman and wore a cue. He would send young George every day down to Mrs. Cunningham's house with a great tin quart cup for milk with a six pence always in the cup.
     "He is mentioned again in reference to his brother Andrew who was the first justice of peace of Mansfield, and the first process issued by him was against his brother George for chopping wood on Sunday.
     "George went to the mountains in the interests of the Americal Rocky Mountain Fur Company and never returned.
     "I believe the wife of George Lewis Coffinberry, 2nd, was Sarah Gilkison, the 'Aunt Sallie' Coffinberry mentioned on pages 34 and 35."
If the author's assumption is correct, then their children were Ann Boner, Harrison Solida, Daymond and Mary Coffinberry.1 
Death*before 1889 He died before 1889 brother Salathiel is referred to as the last survivor when he died 20 Sep 1889.1
