William also bought 84 62/100 acres from H. Asher & wife for $2000.1 
(Witness) Deed4 November 1892 Lively Ferrell witnessed the deed of Catherine Jane Ferrell on 4 November 1892 at Tyler Co., West Virginia; NS-41-417 William M Ferrell and Dorcas his wife, and Susannah denoon & James T Denoon her husband, all of MN, and Lively Ferrell of Tyler Co WV, sold land to Cathareine J Pipes for $400 ($355 cash & $75 due in one year) 62 acres on Elk Fork Creek.1
