Know all men by these presents that we William Wamsley and Moses Bustto [note that's the way it's spelled at this point] are ___ and firmly bound unto The Commonwealth of Kentucky in the penal sum of Fifty pounds current money payable to the said Commonwealth to which payment shall truly to be made we bind our selves each and every of our Heirs Executors and Admrs jointly & severally ___ by these presents sealed & dated this 23rd of May 1820. The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas a license is desired fro a marriage intended between the said William Wamsley & Nancy Bussell now if it should always hereafter appear that there is no lawful cause to obstruct the said marriage then this obligation to be void and to remain in full force & virtue. Nancy 1815 owed money to firm of Z Towsey & Son. (Why is she Bussell then, when she was already married? I need to check the actual record to see how she is shown). 
(Witness) Census18201820 Nancy Bussell is assumed to be one of the household of William G Wamsley in the 1820 census, Miami Township, Hamilton Co., Ohio, who has name shows as Wolimsly 4m0-10 (James, Moses, William, and unknown) 1m26-45 (William) 1f0-10 (Eliza) 1f26-45 (Nancy). 
Death*1822 Nancy Bussell died in 1822 at Miami Township, Hamilton Co., Ohio, Death year & place from Hist of Hamilton Co OH (Evd 799). 
(Witness) Biography1881 She was mentioned in the biography of William G Wamsley: William Maensley (sic) was born in Virginia in 1785, where he married Nancy Bussel. She died, leaving six children, in Miami, in 1822. He came to this State in 1815, but had lived for a time previously in Boone county, Kentucky. His first Ohio settlement was made at North Bend, on the farm now the property of Charles Short. In politics he was an Old Line whig. He died in Ripley, Indiana, in 1837. He had six children: James, at present in Texas; Moses B., now married to Eunice Hayes; John B.(sic, William B., married to Mary J. Ingraham; Eliza, the wife of David Jones, of Indiana; Samuel, married to Catharine Gronendike; and Stephen W., married to Mary Vangorder, and a resident of Indiana at the present time. in 1881.2

It has a number of errors that must be addressed. Be sure to read it.3
