The source code is A XXI: 10b - A is Colonial Manuscripts of New York in the State Library in Albany. I've not yet gotten a copy of that. |

Deed* | 30 December 1680 | On 30 December 1680 PA Archives Series 2 v.5 pg 750 (have copy) it is stated that a patent for a parcel of land on the west side of Delaware Bay was granted to Peter Groendike. A survey shows that a tract of 416 acres was surveyed for Peter Groendyke. This tract is probably where New Castle now is. |
