(Witness) Census18401840 She is assumed to be one of the household of Samuel C Bassett in the 1840 census, Athens, Athens Co., Ohio, who has Bassette, S C 2m0-5 2m10-15 1m30-40 (Samuel) 1f0-5 (Lucinda) 1f5-10 (Olive) 1f10-15 (Lydia/Eliza) 1f30-40 (Esther) - one of the male children would be Oliver but who are the other three? Son Samuel wasn't born until after the census date of June 1st, so he can't be one unless the census was very late and they included him even though they weren't supposed to. 
Marriage*2 April 1848 Lydia (Or Eliza) Ann Bassett married William S Beal on 2 April 1848 at Athens Co., Ohio, Marr record book 3 page 178.
