Son Samuel wasn't born until after the census date of June 1st, so he can't be one unless the census was very late and they included him even though they weren't supposed to.

Old Pendleton Cemetery, earliest marked grave is 1802. this area of Doe Run settled by people from Old Pendleton District of S.C. Old Pendleton Baptist Church on Hildebrecht Rd was formally organized in 1825. Cemetery is likely burial ground for 1700's early settlers.
