     It is my will and desire that after the Death of Beloved wife Mary Ann Murry my Executor hereafter to be named shall Administer on the personal Estate that shall then be found and make Sale of the same and it is my will and Desire that the money rising from the sale shall be Equally-Divided between my nine children and the children of my Daughter Mary (who is now Dead) That is to say namely Joseph Murry, Jamima Murry Mary Brower's Children, Honor Bail, Susanah Brower, Elizabeth Prough, John Murry, Solomon Murry, Rebecca Murry, James Murry
     And it is my will and desire that my son John Murry shall keep possession of all my real Estate until after the death of my Beloved wife Mary Ann Murry and until after the Death of my Daughter Rebecca Murry for the purpose of maintaining and Supporting her in her [helpless/hopeless?] Situation - And further it is my will and desire that after the Death of my beloved Wife and after the Death of my Daughter Rebecca Murry that the whole of my Real Estate be sold by my ~ Executor who shall have full power and Authority to convey the same to the purchaser.
     And the Money arriving from the sale of my real Estate be Equally Divided between all my children namely Joseph Murry Jamima Murry Mary Brower's Children, Honor Baile, Susanah Brower Elizabeth Prough, John Murry Solomon Murry and James Murry. Share and share alike ~ Lastly I nominate and appoint my son John Murry Executer of this my last will and Testament In witness whereof I have Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the above named James Murry in and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who have Subscribed our names in witness thereto in the presence of the said Testator & in the presence of each other.
